With extensive experience in architecting & leading change, managing transitioning culture and developing talent, Dan chose to pivot from the corporate realm to where he could impact the greatest change for individuals. He founded Impactful Performance, a coaching-consulting company dedicated to helping leaders and individuals make strategic changes that enable them to be more impactful and effective leaders, while also creating a better work-life balance for themselves and their teams.
He has over 20 + years of corporate leadership roles in Fortune 100 to small startups.
Dan authored a book titled Optimize Your Leadership: An Impactful and Healthy Way to Lead in the New Age and developed the ‘SEA Change’ methodology to help leaders create strategic, positive change in their work, career and organization…improving their performance and work-life balance.
