With more than 25 + years in corporate leadership roles, 15 of those in change leadership and my lifelong learning in change management and leadership psychology, I can help you through this work/career challenge.
I launched Impactful Performance because I’ve seen too many leaders face and try to solve challenges unsuccessfully using the same worn out methods. They become stuck and don’t know how to move themselves and their team forward.
I developed the “S.E.A Change” method to help leaders create strategic, positive change in their work, career and organization…improving their performance and work-life balance.
